The next best option for immigration to Canada is through the Provincial Nominee Program. Candidates may use this route if they are not eligible through the Express Entry System. The candidate’s profile gains an extra 600 points in the event that they receive a PNP nomination. In the end, this will make the applicant eligible for Express Entry.
There are two categories in the Provincial Nomination Program:
➤ Enhanced PNPs: To attract candidates, use the Express Entry system
➤ Base PNPs: Function on their own without the need for Express Entry
The list of programs under Base PNPs that a candidate may select to apply to is as follows:
➤ PNP in Alberta
➤ PNP of British Columbia
➤ PNP in Manitoba
➤ PNP in New Brunswick
➤ PNP for Newfoundland and Labrador

Immigration to Canada – QSWP
If your goal is to permanently immigrate to Quebec for employment, you should apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program, which is officially known as the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).
The first step in the procedure is to declare your desire to immigrate to Quebec. Quebec then selects and extends an invitation to apply to those who possess the professional training and abilities necessary to support their career integration inside the province.
➤ Quebec holds its invitation rounds via the Arrima Portal. Therefore, the Arrima draw is another name for provincial draws held by Quebec.
➤ Skilled workers can apply for the Quebec Selection Certificate, also known as the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ), through the QSWP. Candidates do not need to have a firm employment offer in order to immigrate to Quebec. Those who have received a job offer, however, are given precedence.
➤ Similar to the Express Entry System, the QSWP is based on a points-based system.
The federal Express Entry program and the Canadian PNP do not include Quebec.
